This stunning 3300 square foot condominium in the elegant Molino de Agua Residences sits right in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta and on the beautiful waters of Banderas Bay. This unit overlooks, the mountains, the river and the sea, and it is located in one of the most desirable areas and buildings in Puerto Vallarta. This 3 bedroom/3 bath Condo features 2 wonderful master suites each with King Size beds and beautiful bathrooms, and another spacious bedroom with a King Size bed and access to it’s full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, fresh and comfortable bedding of the highest quality and spacious closets. The main master bedroom features a stunning Jacuzzi and a private terrace. As this is an end unit, all the bedrooms feature large windows from where you can admire the lush mountains and the charm of this town. (Most of the other units in this building do not have a window in the third bedroom). This fabulous Condo features a modern gourmet kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The condo offers everything for your entertaining and dining pleasure. The dining room and living area are surrounded by floor to ceiling sliding glass walls, where you can enjoy the fresh air of the mountains and the ocean. There are marble floors throughout, which highlight the exquisite colors and comfort in all the furniture. This unit also features a wonderful spacious airy terrace where you can appreciate and admire the different views of the river, the ocean, mountains and also the city lights with its magnificent Cathedral. The views are incredible by day and even more so by night! The terrace includes beautiful outdoor furniture, and is the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning, relaxing in the sun during the day and cocktails and dinner at night. This magnificent Condo offers an in-unit full laundry room, electric gates with 24hr. security, a private covered parking space. There is also a wonderful heated swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and direct access to Los Muertos Beach and The Malecon. The best restaurants, galleries, shops and clubs that Puerto Vallarta has to offer are just steps away. Amazing location, Beautiful Condo, Endless Views, Wonderful Host & Concierge (by chris v.)
We travel to PV every year and have stayed in a few different condos in the Molino de Agua. This had turned out to be our favorite condo in Molino de Agua. From beginning to end we had a superb experience . Jay is a wonderful host and has a great team working for him . This is a end unit so you get extra windows on the mountain side and all 3 bedrooms have windows. This was a huge thing for us. From the moment you walk inside its breathtaking. We loved every part of it and look forward to staying here again when we return to PV. Thank you Jay for having us as your guests. We truly enjoyed it!

510 Molino de Agua is is lovely condominium with beautiful, quality furnishings and decor. It is situated in the back corner of the building, which affords the vacationer a wonderful view of the ocean, the well manicured property and infinity pool, the mountains and the town. Being on the fifth floor, it affords just the right amount of view. The owner, Jay, is a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this property.

We have stayed at the Molino before but this unit is so beautiful. Located in tower 8/9at the back of the bldg, the view is stunning of the mountains, the Cathedral, the river, the pool and of course, the bay. There is nothing lacking in the unit. Beautiful dish ware, glasses, comfortable furnishings with repeating color themes throughout all rooms, massive closets, interesting art work, and great deck furniture. Towels and linens are abundant. The wireless printer is so helpful to travelers. Great WiFi connection. Free phone to US and Canada.....really! Pool clean warm and sparkling. As you can see, this is fabulous for couples, families and friends. Thanks Jay for a special vacation.

Location location location. It was in the middle of everything but was quiet peaceful perfect. My husband is from PV so have traveled there several times a year, we traveled with 2 couples that had not been there for over 25 years they loved the area. The condo had everything you needed. Security was a high priority and cleanliness was also a priority. Not one bad thing to say. Perfection

We rented this condo over the Christmas holiday and it far exceeded our expectations. It has been recently redecorated, and is beautiful. The location is wonderful, and the setting is breathtaking. As this is an end unit, you have the benefit of amazing views on three sides. Not only is the unit beautifully decorated, it has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen is well stocked, towels are provided for the condo and the pool, and there is an inflatable mattress. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

My family booked our trip WAY in advance (like over a year) and Jay was so awesome at answering all of our questions and he really made the booking process very straight forward and easy. Once we arrived we were blown away by the condo. The views were gorgeous and the furniture was high quality (many rentals we have stayed in before either cheaped out on the furniture or had signs of wear). He also thought of every possible thing someone might need (plenty of dishes, cups, towels, etc... There were 3 couples and it never felt crowded even for a moment. The AC works great for those humid days. We had a slight issue with the washing machine and our concierge, Angel (who is also awesome btw) sent someone to fix it right away. I would highly recommend this condo and Jay (in case he has other rentals) to everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. One tip to anyone staying there; try not to use the stairs as there is an echo that really makes your voices carry and it may disturb other neighbors who live there. Thanks for everything Jay!

We have been coming to pvr for 20 years and have stayed at 3 different units at Molina de agua, so we can compare this unit to the others. These owners thought of the big and little aspects to make our stay more enjoyable: room darkening shades in all bedrooms, plug ins for electronics on both sides of bed, glasses for any kind of drink, extra toilet paper(seriously its a hassle to go out for toilet paper) comfortable beds, lots of towels. I loved the views from this condo as it's on the end of the building so you have views of the mountains as well as the city and ocean. This is only one of 10 units that have these views. There are great mountain views from huge windows in each bedroom as well as the living room and balcony. In many of the units the third bedroom is very small, has no windows and a tiny closet. This unit has a full size 3rd bedroom, large closet and wonderful views. Very important when coming with multiple people so no one feels stuck in a bad room. It is beautifully decorated in every room with high end furniture and well positioned for convenience of multiple people. Lastly, the price compared to the other units given all the above reasons, is a deal.

Location is ideal--right on the Malecon with easy access to fine dining as well as well as fun, casual cantinas. The grounds are impeccably maintained and absolutely gorgeous. We always felt safe with 24 hour security. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Our group is already planning next year's adventure! Thank you Jay!
